This clarification text has been issued to inform you about the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“the Law”).

WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is processed to receive your suggestions and complaints via the website as part of the “Antalya–Alanya Motorway” project. Specifically, we process your data to evaluate your feedback and contact you, if necessary, in accordance with; Article 5/2(ç) of the Personal Data Protection Law, to fulfill our legal obligations regarding information, Article 5/2(e), to establish or protect rights within the scope of the project, and Article 5/2(f), when it is required by our legitimate interests.

HOW DO WE COLLECT AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?
We collect your personal data electronically through the contact form on our website. You can contact us for further clarification regarding your request. Please note that any information obtained during these communications may also be processed within the scope described above.

We store your personal data in secure email accounts accessible only to authorized personnel, on servers equipped with digital security measures, and in electronic files.

IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?
The personal data collected may be transferred domestically to our affiliates, group companies, and subsidiaries for the purposes of due to the presence of joint officers and employees domestically, as well as the joint operation of the server and information technology infrastructure. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 8/2(a) and Article 5/2(f) of the Law, based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Pursuant to the Law, you have the following rights:
· To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
· If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding such processing,
· To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
· To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether within the country or abroad,
· To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed inaccurately or incompletely,
· To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in the relevant legislation,
· To request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be informed of any correction, deletion, or destruction carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation,
· To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
· To request compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
You may submit your requests and applications regarding your personal data through one of the following methods:
· By sending an email from the email address previously provided to Antalya-Alanya Motorway to: kvkk_aao@antalyaalanyaotoyolu.com.tr,
· By visiting Antalya-Alanya Motorway in person with a valid identification document,
· By sending a signed application form along with a copy of your identification document to the following address: Kazım Özalp Mahallesi, Hafta Sokak, No: 9, Çankaya, Ankara, or
· By signing your application with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature and sending it to: antalyaalanyaotoyolu@hs03.kep.tr.
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller, website users must include the following information in their application: Full name, Signature (if the application is submitted in writing), Turkish ID number (or, for foreign nationals, nationality and passport number or another identification number, if available), residential or business address for service of notifications, notification email address (if available), phone number, fax number (if applicable), and a clear explanation of the subject matter of the request.

Applicants must clearly and comprehensively state the nature of their request, including which rights under the Law they are seeking to exercise. All relevant information and supporting documents must be attached to the application.

Requests must concern the applicant personally. If the application is made on behalf of another individual, the applicant must be specifically authorized to act on their behalf, and this authorization must be evidenced by a valid power of attorney or similar legal document. The application must also include the identity and address details of the applicant, along with documents verifying the applicant’s identity. Requests submitted by unauthorized third parties on behalf of others will not be evaluated.
